ABOUT
NRI 4-H
FAIR

The 4-H Program has been active in Foster since the 1920's.  It is a program for youth age 5-18.  Since the development of the Foster Old Home Days, 4-H has been a partner in bringing a quality, fun event to the community the last weekend in July.

Their are lots of ways you can be involved in the fair.  From entering contests, participating in Bingo, viewing demonstrations or you could volunteer and be a part of the planning.
